Not just for 9mm mags
I have been running these Rune V2 springs and followers in my MP40 for months without issue and with perfect reliability. I don't know why it's description say 9mm only but I haven't had any problems and enjoy the extra round with Taylor freelance extention bottoms I get 22 rounds in the magazine.
