TACCOM Load Assist is an affordable answer to having the lifter of your shotgun welded up. The Load Assist is .030 thick and helps bridge that gap between the end of the shell lifter and the opening to the magazine tube.....the result is a smooth transition, meaning your shells will not stick or stop; rather slide right into your magazine tube. The key word here is "smooth" and we all know that smooth in the 3 gun game translates to FAST!
Assembly is easy. Clean your lifter, peel off the protective tape (exposing the adhesive, align and stick the Load assit on to your lift. That's it......and the bond is super strong. It's not going to come off unless you WANT it to come off.

$10 for a 3d printed strip of plastic and $0.50 worth of 3m tape is not great. It required quite a bit of hand fitting and the application of a heat gun to get the tape to stick. After all that, you can no longer unload shells from the mag tube. Everything now has to pass through the chamber to get unloaded. That major gripe aside, it is much cheaper than the welded lifters and DOES perform the function of making sure your thumb doesnt get caught between the receiver and lifter.
