For Order issues that need immediate attention  call us, do not rely on an email. Tracking numbers for postal are in your order, for UPS packages UPS emails you the tracking info the NIGHT it ships. Check your junk folder.

Our Hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday -Thursday 4:00 Friday.  We get asked all the time about coming to our store but we don't have a retail store, nor any displays. You are welcome to pick up orders here but browsing is best done online. Some people are disappointed when they come expecting to look at displayed items but all the good stuff is kept in a vault and not on display.
