Wilson Combat Beretta 92 Centurion
The pistol was promptly shipped and arrived in perfect condition. The pistol was tuned by Wilson Combat and had the best trigger pull of any pistol I have ever picked up. My FFL ( an instructor at Gunsite) could not believe how good the trigger pull was so he measured it. The double action pull was 61/2 pounds and the single action measured 31/4 pounds. The fit of the gun was incredible. Over all the best shooting pistol in my collection.
Perfection in a 9mm
I own quite a few 9mm handguns. For a lot of reasons, it’s my overall favorite caliber: affordinilty to shoot and ammunition options are amongst the reasons. It’s hard to beat a quality 1911 or a Sig P-series but Bill Wilson’s modifications to this Betetta 92 has certainly put this gun in the same category. Although this gun is a bit heavy, it is so extremely well balanced it doesn’t feel heavy when shooting. The weight of this gun actually offers a benefit; there is very minimal felt recoil when shooting therefore it’s easy to keep on target. Additionally, this gun combined with a Milt Sparks Professional holster and 1.5” width shark belt I ordered from Wilson Combat makes this gun unbelievably comfortable to carry and easily concealed. I’ve always liked aspects of the Beretta 92. Wilson’s modifications to this 92g along with the tuned action has made this gun as close to perfection as I’ve ever felt in a 9mm. I’m extremely happy with this gun recommend it without any hesitation. In this gun, you truly get what you pay for. This is not the same gun you can get from Beretta for half the price and without the modifications.
