I'm sure this works great in some guns...only made my problems worse and the extractor was fit properly.

Response from Chuck- It is widely known that these are the best extractor to use, especially for 9mm, 38 super, Super Comp, and 40. MOST competition shooters use them. If its fit correctly and doesn't work then there are other issues, probably the other issues that caused you to try the Aftec to start with. Make sure it is fit by a competent gunsmith unless you know how to fit them properly which isn't that hard once you learn.

I am using the Aftec in my 38 super. With it I don't have to be concerned about a 38 super comp getting mixed in.

Response from Chuck- These do need to be fit properly, if you don't they wont work. Instructions are included. If they are fit properly they work and are 10 times better than a factory extractor. The people shooting competition know this and that's who uses them. I don't recommend them to anybody who is not able to fit them properly since once installed we can not take them back.
