Works as promised, includes spring. Make sure the extension perfectly fits to the mag flanges or it could be pulled away during an aggressive mag pull, especially using a strong belt magnet.

I installed these on my factory Glock 31 round mags using the springs that came with the new bases. My mags would only hold 35 rounds. I replaced the springs with plus 10% power springs for a stock Glock 31 round mag and they now hold 40 rounds. They are built well but might need a spring trim to get full round count.
