This and the Boss hanger are my USPSA setup. It has worked well so far. No complaints.

Purchased this holster and the drop bracket for a run & gun. Not even 2km into the event the hardware had backed out and I had to stuff the kydex part of the holster into my waistband. Hardware was torqued to 72in/lbs, I think the rubber stand-offs allowed the screws to back out when the holster bounces when running. I do not reccomend this holster for any type of running. Will use retaining compound on hardware and eliminate the rubber stand-offs.
