Great Belt

I received this belt about a week ago. I've used it on a couple of range trips and some dry fire practice. It is great quality and VERY stiff. As far as the recommended sizing measurement, I would pull the measuring tape tighter next time. I ordered a 38 after measuring myself at 36". The 38 is a little bigger than I would like, but it works (overlap exceeds the width of my two front belt loops on all of my normal pants). I was using a heavy duty nylon "trainer" belt from another manufacturer before and this belt is way sturdier. It's a little thick for EDC in my opinion but perfect for competition use. The one thing that I would be careful of is holster fit. This belt is the full IDPA MAX 5/16" thick and my holster barely slides on. Also, if your holster is borderline on the 3/4" dowel rod test and your current belt isn't as thick as this one, it may offset the holster enough to fail the test. All in all, I'm happy with the product and wouldn't hesitate to purchase this belt again.
