This was just a purchase of a gift certificate. The only problem was understanding that the certificate had to be printed and I do not have a printer - it stated when I purchased that I would receive an email when it was "shipped" a bit confusing. Now I know for next time. thank you

Good replacement for an Item I purchased and had to return. Wasn't given my payment back, but a gift certificate instead, which I used for a later purchase.

We redeemed these on 20 hr drive home from USPSA nationals in FL. I couldn't figure out how to enter cert on web site, so emailed photo of certs and #s. They emailed me a link to click through to finish order. Amazing cust service! They arrived Tue or Wed after nationals. THANK YOU for supporting the match!
