This belt keeper does the job and it even comes in different colors.

I have one of these on every belt and couldn't imagine going without. The fabric/Velcro belt keepers that come with belts are tricky to use behind one's back (belts are mounted "backwards") and tend to stick all over the place as they are secured. This piece of plastic just slides over the tip of the belt and it's always there in the same spot.
