Deceptive Picture
When ordering this product I thought I was ordering the coupled base pad in the picture. It is actually just one based pad. It should clearly state that in the ordering options
Response- we do include as many pictures as possible to show how the product can be used. I am sorry you misunderstood what it is and we will ad the disclaimer that this only includes 1 base pad and that the coupler is a separate item. Sometimes we assume our customers already know the obvious and fail to be perfectly descriptive but it is with the help of those that point them out that we can do better. For that , thank you. Now if the base pad has not been installed and is in the original packaging please return to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We would have done the same if this had been pointed out back when you got it with a email or phone call. We most certainly do not try to be deceptive, most the time its more of us not foreseeing the way a misunderstanding could happen in the future. Chuck
