What It Does
The Apex Flat Forward Set Trigger Kit for the "factory upgraded models" of the Sig Sauer P320 is a direct replacement to the factory trigger bar and curved trigger and is easily installed without the need for tools or fixtures. The patent pending Apex Forward Set Trigger Bar reduces trigger travel and reset while the Apex Flat Advanced Trigger reduces the trigger pull weight and increases trigger reach to the natural resting position of the shooter’s finger and allows the shooter to position their finger lower on the trigger face to take advantage of the increased leverage. Machined from billet steel.
NOTE: As of May 15th, 2018, this trigger kit is legal for use in USPSA's Production Division (please see Appendix D4, section 21.6, of the USPSA Production Division rules).

This trigger was installed on a P320 XFive Legion competition pistol and reduces the total amount of trigger travel by over 30%. Most of that is the initial takeup before the "wall". There is very little takeup left after installing this trigger kit. I like the shape and feel of the new trigger shoe. The triggger now has a very solid feel and its not "mushy" anymore. The reset is very good with audible and tactile feedback. The only negative is the increased trigger pull. On my pistol it went from 4 lb 14ozs to 5 lb 15oz using a Lyman digital scale. This is a new pistol and I expect it to wear in and smooth up as it gets more rounds downrange. If not, I'll be looking for some lighter sear springs.
