All products come to me with material certifications of quality and heat treat (38/42Rc).
All slides are made from round bar stock for uniform dispersion of all carbons.
All critical cuts are made after the heat treat process.
Rail dimensions are consistently cut to 0.751/0.752 wide by 0.117/0.1175
Bore depth from rails consistently cut to 0.8475 +0.001/-0.002
The locking lugs are 0.053 +/-0.002
Extractor Location as registered from the firing pin stop is consistently 2.174 +/-0.002 from the bottom of the breech face, establishing a consistent installation and operation of the extractor.
All our slides are 0.926 wide from the factory to allow for mistakes when engraving. The slide can be re-ground without weakening the integrity for which it was intended.
All slides, regardless of caliber, come with a standard 0.068 firing pin hole for use with a 9mm firing pin.
